HR and Managers will gain insights about their own and other styles for handling conflict. Learn key approaches for enhancing individual/group conflict resolution effectiveness. Practice developing strategies, techniques and skills including how to anticipate sources of conflict and for dealing with angry situations. Leave with tools for managing conflict.

Effective March 16, 2020, the educational programs scheduled to be delivered at our New York City facility will be moved to virtual delivery, where possible, or rescheduled. For those programs that do not lend themselves to a distance-education format, we will postpone them until we receive guidance from the University and public health officials that it is safe to hold those programs in-person. Course

Conflict can have constructive or destructive consequences on both individual and team performance. The difference depends on your ability to identify and confront these conflicts, resolve them appropriately, and grow wiser and stronger in the process.
