Our faculty lead in research on organizational behavior, labor law, and employee relations and combine it with the world-class experience of industry and organizational leaders. And, organizational leadership is bigger than the sum of individual leaders. Understanding how to lead with values, emotional intelligence, and negotiation skills gives leaders an edge. Our leadership training courses focus on thinking strategically when making decisions and delegating work.
