The Programs
To be an effective advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion requires a unique combination of empathy, fairness and influence that helps enable all workers to contribute to improved organizational performance.

Today's chief human resource officers (CHROs) must be strategic advisors as well as brilliant tacticians. Learn from leading CHROs alongside Cornell faculty who study HR and the workplace to develop leadership, strategy, and communication skills to guide human capital and talent management decisions.

We coach your team to take meaningful action.
Collaborate with Cornell faculty and with teams from a diverse set of companies for this action-learning program to shape creative, business-driven solutions for your organizations.
Unions and employers agree that there is a shortage of qualified labor/management arbitrators. This has created a growing demand for a new generation of arbitrators who reflect the diversity of today’s workforce. The Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at Cornell ILR has developed a unique program for those interested in a career as a labor/management arbitrator.

As architects of agile organizations, HR leaders play a strategic role in helping companies respond to constant change. To succeed, they must possess strong leadership skills. This intensive, highly interactive, three-day program equips HR professionals to provide strategic support to senior leaders, helping them contend with a myriad of organizational, talent and workforce issues.

Designed in partnership with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), these programs are uniquely tailored for seasoned executive search consultants, leadership consultants, and in-house talent acquisition specialists that work with senior-level executive talent.
