Undergraduate

Our flexible, interdisciplinary major lets students pursue a wide range of academic interests and careers in: business, economics, government, history, international relations, labor relations, law, public policy, and social justice.

Graduate

The depth and breadth of our graduate programs sets us apart. No other school lets graduates study the workplace as comprehensively, or with the number of faculty teaching and doing research on organizations and in human resources and labor relations.

Professional

Professional education brings together the leading researchers on the workplace with training grounded in practice. We offer a range of programs from workshops and certificates to conferences and forums. We also customise research-based education for professionals.

Professional Education

The ILR major focuses on the study of people and policies in the workplace. Students learn how individuals, groups and organizations address many of the most pressing issues that affect businesses, society, the economy and international affairs.
