Designed for trainers and educators with prior experience, this course explores core principles and best practices in adult learning. Participants will examine participatory and popular education approaches that center learner experience, shared knowledge production, and collective problem-solving. The course covers curriculum design, lesson planning, and facilitation techniques that support inclusive, engaging, and effective learning environments.
Emphasis is placed on translating theory into practice through hands-on activities, peer feedback, and applied exercises. Participants will develop and facilitate a short instructional module, practice facilitation skills, and receive constructive feedback. Active participation is essential; attendance on both days is required to meet course objectives and successfully complete the facilitation component.
