Develop current and essential  knowledge of legal requirements, OFCCP regulations and initiatives related to required/voluntary AA programs. Through case-studies identify methods for implementing  AA programs, creating unique action oriented programs and handling the compliance review and evaluation process. Gain practical tips from legal experts.

Effective March 16, 2020, the educational programs scheduled to be delivered at our New York City facility will be moved to virtual delivery, where possible, or rescheduled. For those programs that do not lend themselves to a distance-education format, we will postpone them until we receive guidance from the University and public health officials that it is safe to hold those programs in-person. This workshop concentrates on how to develop and administer acceptable affirmative action programs (AAP) and how to handle a compliance audit by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). You will learn:
