Since 2011, our economics faculty have been associated with Cornell's expanded Department of Economics. With researchers from multiple schools and colleges, the Department is in the unique position of offering opportunities to study economics at all levels and from many perspectives. Our faculty study labor-economics alongside researchers from the College of Arts & Sciences and Cornell Brooks Public Policy.

The Department represents more than 50 faculty members, hosts more than a hundred Ph.D. students and offers teaching to more than 5,000 students each year.
