The ILR Office of Career Services hosts two unique Career Fairs for employers to recruit Cornell students for full-time and internship opportunities. Both fairs are open to marketed and open to all Cornell students. Positions advertised at the fair must be open to ILR students.

  • The ILR Career Fair in the fall focuses on corporate human resources, labor relations, HR consulting, management side labor and employment law, and other private sector opportunities.

  • The Labor Advocacy Career Fair (Formerly the Social Justice Career Fair) in the spring centers on labor unions, legal firms advocating for unions or individuals, and various organizations committed to promoting workers' rights. The event highlights summer and full-time job opportunities within these sectors.

Contact Angela Shurtleff, Employer Connections Specialist, at ilrcareerrecruiting@cornell.edu with questions and to schedule interviews, Info Sessions, or other recruiting events around the fairs.
