Rachel Zhang '27 Greater Ithaca Activities Center ITH High Road Fellow Fall '25

Spring 2027 applications open soon!

About the Program
The Ithaca High Road Program offers ILR students paid, community-engaged fellowships with local organizations committed to social and environmental justice, diversity and equity, and access and education. Fellowships take place in Ithaca and surrounding areas during the fall or spring semester.

Fellows work 5–10 hours a week and take part in critical reflection activities throughout the semester. You’re encouraged to apply for more than one opportunity.

High Road Ithaca is part of New York High Road  (Ithaca and New York City), an expansion of the ILR School’s long-standing Buffalo High Road Fellowship Program. The program immerses ILR students in meaningful community-engaged experiences and introduces them to engaged leadership.

Eligibility
Fellowships are open to ILR students who are not seniors. Students who have already completed a High Road Buffalo or NYC fellowship may apply, but priority is given to students who haven’t participated in another High Road program.

How to Apply
Applications open in November for spring fellowships and in June for fall fellowships.

Make an impact as an ILRie in your home away from home. Apply to be a High Road Fellow!
