Special Representative
Michael Herron is a Special Representative for the United Federation of Teachers. For the last 12 years he has worked in the Arbitration and Appeals Department, which handles over a thousand arbitrations a year. In addition, he is one of the lead negotiators for the United Federation of Teachers and a course facilitator for eCornell.
