Ellen Gallin Procida is the Director of Labor/Management Relations Programs at The Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution, ILR School, Cornell University. Ms. Gallin Procida is a Labor Arbitrator, Mediator, and Facilitator with 30 years of Labor Management Experience.

She teaches arbitration advocacy, collective bargaining, contract interpretation, agreement writing, performance management, conflict resolution, cross examination, labor arbitration advocacy and other classes at the Scheinman Institute. Ellen Gallin Procida is proud to be one of the lead instructors in the Labor Arbitrator Development Program.

Ellen Gallin Procida is a member of the American Arbitration Labor Panel and the New York State 3020A Panel. She also serves on the Realty Advisor Board, Local 32 BJ, NYC Transit, and TWU Local 100 arbitration panels. Ellen Gallin Procida holds an Employment Law Mediator Certificate from Cornell University’s ILR School and is on Cornell’s Scheinman Institute Roster of Neutrals.
 

She has 30 years of arbitration advocacy experience including supervision of more than 2,000 arbitrations. In addition, she has been teaching arbitration advocacy for over 25 years. Ms. Gallin Procida has extensive collective bargaining, agreement writing and contract interpretation/administration experience.
