Olivia was among the first to join the staff of New York Communities for Change when the organization was founded in 2010. Olivia helped to lead communications work on many of NYCC’s campaigns including the Fight for $15 and has overseen the organization’s finance, compliance, and internal operations since 2015, as Chief of Staff and Deputy Director.
