Aislinn McGuire
General Counsel, Contractors Association of Greater New York (CAGNY)
Aislinn McGuire is the General Counsel for the Contractors Association of Greater New York (CAGNY), a multi-employer association which counts Turner Construction, Pavarini McGovern, Lendlease, Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Cauldwell Wingate, and Plaza Construction among its members. She is also a partner with Kaugg McGuire & Margolis LLP (KMM), a law firm specializing in labor, employment, immigration law. Aislinn also serves as counsel to the Association of Contracting Plumbers and the Inclusion Contractors Association, has been representing clients in the construction industry for over 18 years. She is Vice Chair of Non-Traditional Employment for Women and on the Board of Pathways to Apprenticeships.
