Joy Das is an economist with expertise in New Institutional Economics, International Trade, and Industrial Organization. He has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and M.S. in Renewable Natural Resources from Louisiana State University, USA. Joy completed his bachelor's and master's in economics at Jadavpur University, India. Currently, he is working as a Postdoctoral Associate with the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, supporting the Global Labor Institute. Joy has several years of experience doing economics consultancy as a Senior Economist. He has presented his works at many renowned international conferences including the American Economic Association and the World Bank and published in peer-reviewed journals.
