Tae-Youn Park (Ph.D., University of Minnesota) was a tenured Associate Professor of Human Resource Studies in the ILR School, Cornell University from 2019 to 2023 and Professor (tenured) of Sungkyunkwan University since 2023. He has been serving as the Director of Research, Institute for Compensation Studies, ILR School, Cornell University since 2022.
Tae-Youn’s research examines how employment policies and practices, such as compensation, parental leave, and employee turnover and retention, affect both employers and employees.
