Jess Kuch

Jess Kutch is a Senior Advisor of The Labor Force, a national nonprofit that mobilizes the public in support of the labor movement. She previously co-founded Coworker.org and has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of technology and building worker power, including at Change.org and SEIU. Jess is a TED Fellow, Aspen Job Quality Fellow, and Echoing Green Global Fellow. Her TED Talk on workplace activism has more than 2 million views. She lives in Asheville, North Carolina.
