Jaein Ku

Jaein Ku is an ILR Worker Institute Fellow and a senior in Cornell University’s B.S. ILR program, graduating in 2027. Through the Worker Institute, she has contributed to research on workers' rights and equity at work, including workplace responses to domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual harassment, and the workplace implications of precarious immigration status.
