Will Tucker

Will Tucker is the Southern Director for Jobs to Move America. He leads a team of organizers and researchers seeking to persuade employers to negotiate Community Benefits Agreements (CBAs) for the good of workers, companies and their neighbors. He focuses on building partnerships between shareholders, unions, community organizations, and strategic campaigners to hold companies accountable to a higher standard for equity and good jobs. Will is especially passionate about organizing with workers affected by the criminal punishment system, including incarcerated workers. He lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
