Brynn Seibert is Vice President and Director of the Child Care & Early Learning Division at SEIU Healthcare Illinois, which unites more than 17,000 home child care providers and child care center workers across the state. She joined then-SEIU Local 880 in 2001, and in 2005 was part of the groundbreaking campaign to organize and negotiate a first contract for home child care providers in the US.
