Mimi Whittaker

Mimi Whittaker (she/her) is a staff attorney at Legal Aid at Work's National Origin and Immigrants' Rights Program, where she litigates and advances policies on behalf of immigrant workers. Previously, she was a legal fellow at the National Employment Law Project, providing legal support for worker center organizing campaigns aimed at public agency accountability and pro-worker enforcement, with a focus on homecare workers as well as health and safety issues.
