Jenny M. Reed currently serves as the Director of Education and Staff Development at the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW), where they lead national training programs that strengthen leadership, enhance organizing and bargaining capacity, and align educational initiatives across regions and sectors. Beyond their professional role, they are a proud parent and have been married for 11 years. They are actively involved in their church and local community, volunteering with children’s ministry, Cub Scouts, community advocacy efforts, and local organizations supporting Alzheimer’s awareness, foster families, and animal rescue.
