Erin York Cornwell, Ph.D.

Dr. Erin York Cornwell, Associate Professor of Sociology and Sesquicentennial Faculty Fellow at Cornell’s College of Arts & Sciences, provides expertise in de-signing, fielding, and analyzing social surveys. Her research focuses on how social status and contexts shape social action, networks and individual outcomes, and also addresses inequalities in the criminal justice process.
