Sharon joined the Yang-Tan Institute in 2022 as Project Administrative Assistant for the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability (EARN).

Previously, Sharon served as Executive Assistant for the Associate Executive Director of Racker before taking the role of Analyst in their Quality Standards department.
