LaWanda H. Cook
LaWanda Cook, PhD, CRC, joined the Yang-Tan Institute in 2010. She engages in research, teaching, and program development related to disability identity, the well-being of individuals with disabilities, effective service delivery, and the inclusion of people with disabilities in work and leisure settings.
Her work explores the intersectional influence of disability with race, gender, age, and other characteristics, as well as issues such as justice system involvement, and workplace bullying and harassment.
