Overview
Scott Seidenberger is a Future of Work Fellow at the ILR School and an affiliate of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS). He received his B.S. from the Cornell ILR School, M.S. in Data Science from Penn State, and Ph.D. in Data Science from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Seidenberger's research and teaching examine how organizations adopt and govern artificial intelligence in the workplace, spanning enterprise AI adoption, human–AI work design, employer brand equity, and workforce technology governance. Before entering academia, he served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and led a startup in decentralized technology. He has collaborated with organizations across technology, finance, and human resources.
