Worker Protection Strategies

What should a worker protection checklist look?

Professor James Gross of ILR’s Labor Relations, Law, and History Department has organized a conference to examine the U.S. Constitution and workers’ rights within the current and changing economic landscape.

On Sept. 26-28, renowned worker and public policy advocates, labor strategists, labor law experts and others will meet to review concerns and engage in creative thinking to formulate strategic changes for worker protections.

Judge Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit is the keynote speaker at the event, which will be held at ILR’s Manhattan headquarters, 570 Lexington Ave.
