Joseph Ruocco of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Installed as a Fellow and J. Randall MacDonald received the Distinguished Fellow Award at the NAHR Annual Meeting

On November 3, 2011, CAHRS directors and board members attended the annual National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) new Fellow installation ceremony and dinner. This year, Joseph Ruocco, senior vice president of human resources of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, was installed and honored as a NAHR Fellow.   He joins several Cornell ILR academic colleagues and CAHRS partner executives as an NAHR Fellow.

J. Randall MacDonald, senior vice president of human resources at IBM was given the Distinguished Fellow Award.  Randy was installed and honored as a NAHR Fellow in the class of 1998.

The NAHR, founded in 1992, is the organization where individuals of distinction in human resources are recognized for professional achievement by election as "Fellows of the NAHR". Election as a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources is the highest honor that can be achieved by an individual. Fellows of the NAHR are widely known as leaders in the profession, have meritorious national reputations for shaping human resource thinking and policy, and have demonstrated an unfailing commitment to success.
