ILR Community stands up, talks hopes & fears
Project “Work It!” Officially Kicks Off - This past week, ILR alums, faculty, and staff joined IDEO at the Statler Hotel to ask, “How might we face the future without abandoning our past?” Those gathered rose from their chairs to share perspectives and stories. Said one participant, “This banquet carpeting has never seen so much action.”
The next day, thanks to nimble efforts by Betsy Wiggers and Tom Addonizio, the team hosted a three-hour Open House to learn more from faculty and staff members—and turnout was staggering. Everyone who joined the ongoing conversation brought an abiding love for ILR as well as deep concerns for its future.
