Message From the Dean

Dear ILR Community,

As we all grapple with the many issues impacting the world around us, ILR continues to deliver on our mission of teaching, research, and outreach to improve the lives of workers and transform the future of work.

The entire ILR community is working across multiple fronts to address the changing landscape of work as a result of the pandemic. Our work continues to be recognized and leveraged by leaders of government and industry, and is often cited in top-tier academic publications and global media outlets.

I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish working together as one ILR and one Cornell. Our increasing impact is a testament to the dedication and strength of our faculty, staff, students and alumni. I want to wish you all a safe, happy and healthy holiday season.

All my best,
