Tobias Blay

Tobias Blay is currently a research associate for the Chair of Human Resource Management and Asian Business (University of Goettingen, Germany). His research focuses on human resource management, with special interest in virtual collaboration and virtual teams. In particular, he explores the development of individual and team processes and their impact on performance, with an emphasis on longitudinal methods. Additionally, he is interested in researching the global facet of virtual work and future work trends in this area.
