Mario Fernando

Dr. Mario Fernando is a Professor of Management at the Faculty of Business and Law, and the Director of the Centre for Cross-Cultural Management at the University of Wollongong in Australia. His current research interests focus on how business organizations could promote humane and ethical action leading to positive social change. Mario is conducting research on immigrant careers and identity work, and how this impacts business leadership and human resource management.
