Malte Jacob Rattenborg is a PhD Fellow in Economics at the University of Copenhagen. His research fields are labor economics and behavioral economics, with a focus on job search. In particular, he is interested in the consequences of biased beliefs and imperfect learning for unemployed workers, specifically their job search behavior and labor market outcomes. His research combines theoretical work at the intersection of behavioral and labor economics, and econometric methods using administrative, survey and job search data.
