The ILR Theme Project is a new initiative intended to help bring the ILR community together and to motivate new research, policy, practice, discussion and teaching on an important labor market challenge or opportunity.

Among the goals of the ILR Theme Project are to:

  • Encourage interdisciplinary activities related to the theme
  • Provide opportunities for students, faculty and staff to connect through theme-specific research or projects
  • Create community through common experiences
  • Communicate what makes ILR a unique school.

We are looking for proposals that advance research, teaching innovation, community, and interdisciplinary engagement that will advance the goals and priorities of the ILR School Theme Project.

Successful applicants will have their projects featured on the ILR Theme website and in other ILR media.
