Qualifications
ILR undergraduates (freshmen, sophomores and juniors) and Global Health students with a passion to give back within the global community, while learning about and experiencing Indian culture are welcome to apply.
Applicants should be in good standing with their home colleges and the University (no pending Judicial Administrative violations), and returning to campus in the fall. The minimum GPA is 2.8 at the time of departure.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate cross-cultural skills, flexibility, adaptability, maturity and teamwork.
Previous field experience is not required.
Students must be on-campus during the spring semester to take the mandatory pre-departure course, ILRIC 4260.
