Tom is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Kates Kesler Organization Strategy & Design practice. He advises senior executives on transforming their operating models, redesigning organization structures and management processes, and developing the capabilities needed to realize strategic objectives.
Tom has over 20 years of experience leading large strategy, organization, and performance transformation programs. He has worked with both private and public sector clients across several industries including oil and gas, transportation, infrastructure, technology, power and utilities, healthcare, private equity, higher education, and government.
Prior to Accenture, Tom was a Managing Director at KPMG Strategy where he worked with energy, infrastructure, and government clients, at Booz & Company as an engagement manager in the general corporate strategy consulting practice, at JP Morgan Chase as a middle market banker, and founded and led an e-commerce start-up.
Tom has a BBA degree (Finance) from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He is based in Austin, Texas.
