Robert Pearson, has held Human Resource senior leadership roles in various organizations during his extensive career. His experience has covered union and non-union environments in such areas as automobile manufacturing with General Motors and Saturn Corporation, chemical manufacturing with Rhone Poulenc, a public utility with the Philadelphia Gas Works, pharmaceuticals with Teva Pharmaceuticals North America, engineering with Sabre Industries and Omega Engineering, and higher education with Princeton University. His span of control has covered the US, North America, South America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, and Middle East duties and accountabilities. 

Bob’s expertise enables him to facilitate training and organizational support in the areas of management and leadership development, ethics and compliance, strategic planning, labor relations, workplace investigations, Total Rewards and Talent Management at all levels of an organization. He has taught organizational development and human resources management at university undergraduate and graduate levels. He has also been the Chief Spokesperson in numerous union contract negotiations, been the lead HR executive and interim management executive in multiple due diligences for successful M& A’s, and was instrumental in organizational process improvement and reengineering initiatives.
