Renee has a passion for helping leaders to understand the business impact of Diversity and Inclusion, and how bringing multiple perspectives into the workplace enables an organization to more effectively achieve its goals.
Renee has held senior leadership positions at LexisNexis, Avon, Travelport and Prudential Financial. She has been featured on Altruistic Leadership’s Take-A-Lesson, Crain's New York Business Forum: Managing Talent in a Turbulent Economy, and has been quoted in Training & Development and Essence magazines. Renee holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and is a founding member of the New Jersey Organizational Development Network.
