Jessica Ellott (she/her) is the Director of the Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) for Transition at Cornell University’s Yang-Tan Institute, where she leads statewide technical assistance, professional development, and systems-level initiatives to strengthen transition planning and improve post-school outcomes. She has worked across local education agencies, nonprofit organizations, and state systems to braid policy and practice, strengthen cross-system partnerships, and support the implementation of initiatives that improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Her work emphasizes early, holistic transition planning that engages students, families, schools, and community partners to build meaningful pathways to employment and adult life.
