Overview
James Carter's research examines diversity and discrimination in organizations. Specifically, his work aims to uncover the psychological and contextual factors that pose barriers and offer pathways to improving diversity and inclusion in organizations. He received his undergraduate degree in English & Psychology from Rice University and his PhD from Columbia Business School.
