McKinnon of Citi wins HR Distinguished HR Executive Award

Paul McKinnon, Chief HR Officer at Citi, recently received the "Distinguished HR Executive" award from the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management. The award criteria specify that the winner must show outstanding contributions to research, teaching, and practice in the field of human resources. The award is sponsored by CAHRS, but the winner is determined by an independent group of academics and consultants who are members of the HR division. Past CAHRS-affiliated winners include Randy MacDonald (IBM), John Hofmeister (Shell), Dave Pace (Starbucks), and Ken Carrig (Comcast).
