Overview

As the future of work reshapes organizations, the role of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) has become more important than ever. HRBPs today must stay ahead of emerging trends and demonstrate a deep understanding of the business or function they support, while leveraging their HR expertise to configure talent, organizational design, and culture to respond to current and future needs of the business and its employees.

In 2025, we launched the CAHRS World Class HRBP Framework to enhance clarity and consistency in the HRBP role, help HRBPs and their leaders set strategy and priorities, and support capability building. Ultimately, the Framework, developed with input from experienced HRBPs, their CHROs, and business leaders, aims to define what great looks like in the role.

The CAHRS HRBP Exchange was created as a forum for HRBPs from across our CAHRS partner companies to come together to explore trends, raise challenges, develop shared solutions, and expand their networks.  Hosted by IBM and facilitated by Chris Collins, Kevin Cox, and Brad Bell, the HRBP Exchange will provide attendees with evidence-based, practically relevant insights to expand their personal influence and effectiveness across key areas of the CAHRS World Class HRBP Framework.
