Overview

Artificial intelligence has the potential to reshape many areas of human resource management, but perhaps none more significantly than talent management. As organizations explore a growing range of AI-enabled tools and applications, important questions remain about where, when, and how these technologies can be used most effectively.

In this three-part CAHRScast series, Cornell Professors JR Keller, Brad Bell, and John Hausknecht will share examples of how AI is being applied across different areas of talent management. Each session will highlight emerging opportunities, practical challenges, and future directions for organizations considering or expanding the use of AI.

Participants who register for the series will receive invitations to all three live sessions. Each session will be 30 minutes or less and will include an opportunity for attendees to share insights and ask questions. Following each session, registrants will receive the recording and presentation slides.
