Course Description

The certificate begins with an introduction to the CAHRS HRBP Framework, establishing a shared language and strategic foundation for the learning experience ahead. Participants complete a personalized HRBP self-assessment designed to help identify individual strengths, capability gaps, and development priorities across key HRBP dimensions.

This kickoff session helps participants better understand the capabilities increasingly expected of world-class HR Business Partners and how those capabilities connect to business impact and organizational effectiveness. Participants also explore how to use their assessment insights to guide continued development and application throughout the certificate program. By grounding the cohort in a common framework and perspective, the session establishes a shared foundation for the peer discussion, reflection, and applied learning that take place throughout the program.
