Overview
The role of HR has never been more important. As organizations navigate significant business transformation, workforce disruption, shifting employee expectations, and the rapid adoption of AI, HR leaders are increasingly being asked to help their organizations adapt, build resilience, and drive sustainable growth.
Today’s HR function is expected not only to manage talent, but also to lead organizational change, shape workforce strategy, build future-ready capabilities, and help create environments where people and technology can thrive together.
In this virtual working group, CAHRS Executive Director Beth Flynn-Ferry will lead a peer-to-peer discussion with HR for HR leaders focused on how organizations are preparing their own HR functions for the future. Participants will share experiences, challenges, and emerging practices across four areas: HR skills and competencies, HR career development, HR burnout and wellbeing, and HR operating models.
The session will be highly interactive, with participants expected to come prepared to share perspectives from their own organizations and engage actively in discussion.
