Overview

Today’s HR Business Partners are expected to be strategic advisors, not just functional experts. They must connect business priorities to talent, workforce, and business decisions, influence leaders, and help build the organizational capabilities needed to drive performance.

Aligned with the CAHRS HRBP Framework, this four-course learning pathway helps HRBPs integrate business strategy, talent and leadership, workforce planning, and HR strategy into their everyday practice. Together, the four courses create a cohesive development journey that helps HRBPs strengthen strategic judgment, connect business priorities to workforce decisions, and increase their organizational impact.

The CAHRS HR Business Partner Certificate is available exclusively to CAHRS partner organizations as a membership benefit at no additional cost. It helps HRBPs build the strategic capabilities needed to do this work credibly and with impact.

Participants who complete all four courses earn the CAHRS HR Business Partner Certificate from the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) at the Cornell ILR School.
