Overview
The HR business partner role continues to evolve. AI is reshaping how work gets done, organizations are rethinking work design, and business leaders increasingly expect HRBPs to serve as strategic advisors. These shifts raise important questions not only about which capabilities HRBPs need, but also how organizations can develop them effectively.
In this CAHRScast, CAHRS research assistants Hailey Ryu and Mari Santa Cruz will share findings from interviews with CAHRS partner companies focused on how organizations are developing priority HRBP capabilities and evaluating the effectiveness of those efforts.
The session will highlight common and distinctive development approaches, examine how those practices align with stated capability priorities, and explore how organizations determine whether their development efforts are successful.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to share perspectives from their own organizations and ask questions during the webcast.
