Please plan to join us for the CAHRS Fall Partner Meeting on Cornell University’s campus in Ithaca, New York. The program will begin with a kick-off reception on Wednesday, October 21, followed by the meeting on Thursday, October 22.
Theme: The New Architecture of Work and Organizations
As organizations continue to navigate rapid advances in technology, shifting workforce expectations, evolving skill needs, and new demands on leaders, HR is playing a central role in shaping how work gets done and how organizations create value.
This year’s CAHRS Fall Partner Meeting will explore the emerging architecture of work and organizations, connecting Cornell research with partner perspectives on topics such as AI and technology, workforce strategy, operating model evolution, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Through faculty-led sessions, examples from partner companies, peer discussion, and networking, attendees will gain strategic insights, practical takeaways, and opportunities to exchange ideas with peers across the CAHRS partner network.
Format
The program will begin with a networking reception on Wednesday, October 21, providing attendees with an opportunity to connect with Cornell faculty, CAHRS partners, speakers, and peers from across the network.
The main meeting will take place on Thursday, October 22, and will include a mix of faculty research insights, partner company perspectives, facilitated discussion, and opportunities for peer exchange. The program will be highly interactive, with time built in for attendees to ask questions, share experiences, and discuss implications for their organizations.
Additional program details, including the final theme, agenda, speakers, and session topics, will be shared as they are confirmed.
Registration
CAHRS partner companies are invited to send 1-5 participants to the program. Sending additional participants may be possible depending on available seating.
Typical attendees range from CHROs and senior HR leaders to mid-career HR professionals, including HR business partners, COE leaders, and specialists who are looking to engage in professional development, connect with peers, and bring new ideas back to their organizations.
This meeting is also a strong opportunity for companies to bring a small team together to learn, discuss implications, and explore how the insights from the program may apply within their organization.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Statler Hotel for attendees who need accommodations. Additional lodging options are also available in the area. More information will be provided upon registration.
