Overview
Over the past several years, we have witnessed significant technological, global, sociodemographic, and economic disruptions that have profoundly shaped the future of work. In particular, these disruptions have redefined the psychological contract between employees and employers, reconfigured work around human-technology collaboration, and reshaped organizational and work design. HR will be on the front lines of guiding transformation initiatives in response to these changes, with important implications for HR operating models and capabilities.
In this CAHRScast, CAHRS research assistants Laura Lozano Taba and Suyong Hwang will share the newly updated CAHRS Future of Work Model, which aims not only to identify the most impactful future-of-work trends but also to explore their implications for the HR function. Attendees will have an opportunity to share their perspectives and ask questions during the webcast.
