EARN Launches Small Business Toolkit

Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN)'s new Small Business Toolkit to help small businesses build their talent pipeline and meet their workforce needs by recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing employees with disabilities.

Small business owners and managers can use the Toolkit to learn how to hire and support workers with disabilities. Topics include:

  • Gaining a competitive edge,
  • Understanding disability at work,
  • Accessing financial incentives and economic benefits, and
  • Offering reasonable accommodations.

The Toolkit also contains information on digital accessibility, employee benefits, federal contracting, inclusive workplace culture, laws and regulations, workplace mental health, neurodiversity, and more.
