CAHRS Welcomes new Research Assistants

Allison Bruce, one of two Research Assistants, joined CAHRS in May of 2023. Her future career goal is to be to be a human resource executive at a large organization. She, along with co-RA Joyce Alonzo Gorospe, hopes to uncover valuable insights that will benefit CAHRS members as they navigate challenges of maintaining and nurturing their unique company cultures within the context of flexible work models.
